安装过程没有出现出错的信息，安装完了，

　　运行了mysql_install_db

　　再运行 safe_mysqld,了，出现如下出错信息，

　　Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /usr/mysql/var

　　020620 14:51:32 mysqld ended

　　查看mysql目录下var目录下的email.err文件，如下

　　020612 11:38:56 mysqld started

　　020612 11:38:56 /usr/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Can't create/write to file '/usr/mysql/var/email.pid' (Errcode: 13) //主机名为email

　　020612 11:38:56 /usr/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Can't find file: './mysql/host.frm' (errno: 13)

　　020612 11:38:56 /usr/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Error on delete of '/usr/mysql/var/email.pid' (Errcode: 13)

　　020612 11:38:56 mysqld ended

　　为什么会出现如下情况呢，请高手指正，

　　要添加mysql用户及组，具体用法如下

　　shell> ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql

　　shell> make

　　shell> make install

　　shell> scripts/mysql_install_db

　　shell> chown -R root /usr/local/mysql

　　shell> chown -R mysql /usr/local/mysql/var

　　shell> chgrp -R mysql /usr/local/mysql

　　shell> cp support-files/my-medium.cnf /etc/my.cnf

　　shell> /usr/local/mysql/bin/safe_mysqld --user=mysql &
